I'm so tired of ALWAYS "Wishing" I was in better shape and weighed less and oh yea.... was a smaller size in the lovely body shape. One day, I will figure this out and put all the pieces together and keep doing it, day after day after day.... I PRESS ON! NEVER GIVE UP....

Hi, thanks for the add and the comment. The flex is a totally new thing for me, I had been a pedometer user for a long time and I have my garmin forerunner for my runs...love tools to make it easy to track and motivate. What I most like about the flex is that it's on my wrist nearly all the time, they say you can shower with it but I wouldn't do that so it's on the charger when I shower. LOL It doesn't count stairs like the one you have and though I didn't know that when I ordered, it's ok cause I really don't have stairs in my house and I'm retired now so the stairs at work is no longer an option. I am finding this newest gadget to be very motivating. Oh, thanks for the contact link, I'll do that.

Hey there. I was just thinking of you. I've had a terrible week. Gave up alcohol for Lent (though I'm not Catholic) and it really gave me a boost but this week I just ate a bunch of sweets (which I don't usually) and gained a couple pounds back. This stuff is HARD! But I did 60 min on elliptical tonight and have decided my "rest" time is over and back to increased workouts for next couple of weeks. You can do it too - you are positive & persistent!
