If You Really Want To Live, Why Not Try To Make Yourself?

Just trying to be better to ME! I just want to be healthy and happy and see the kinds of changes life brings.
I've made some serious life changes in the past few months and things are on the right track....but there's always room for improvement.
If we have to take care of ourselves body, mind, soul and spirit....I've been neglecting my body for YEARS!
It's never to late to take that step in the right direction.
I'm on sparkpeople because of an awesome group of ladies ...

hey stew!! the 2nd Half went awesome!! I ran solid and tackled some big hills and felt so great and accomplished!! I ran in honor of a very special little boy as well which made it very memorable!! how are you?? whats new?!

Stew, thinking about you and wondering how you are doing. emoticon I am sure that you are running. I know what it is like to be addicted to that runner's high. Someday soon, I will be running in full forced again.

Hey HEATHERSTEW! How are you? Did your crazy workout friend finally have her baby?

So... what is this about a half??? That is really exciting! Was it last Saturday or this coming? Hope it is/was good - would love to hear what you thought of it.

How are the heavier weights going? Funny about not being able to get your own bra on!

Things are going well for me and my training - SO SO happy about the nicer weather finally making an appearance out East. I've been out running and biking. We just found a new gym with a pool too so I should be okay for swim training too. I have LESS than two months to the half ironman so I really need to step up my swimming. Yikes.
