How I'm going to get there

As I enter my final stage of SparkCoach I really need to stay focused on reaching my goal of being healthier, eating healthier, and exercising on a daily basis.

Staying away from foods with Gluten in them.
Measuring my portions & tracking them.
Exercising at least 10 mins or more a day.
Drinking lots of water.
Getting 8 hours or more of sleep.

Small steps forward everyday will surely get me to where I need to be.

My Goals:
My goals are to record my food intake daily.
To exercise 6 days a week for a minimum of 30 mins.
And, to post a update message daily.

I will lose 40-50 lbs, control my BP & Cholestorol and Celiac Disease by September 2013.

My Program:
I've joined SP and started the Spark Coaching.
I plan on exercising 6 days a week for 30 minutes or more.
I will track everything that go into my mouth on my tracker.

Personal Information:
I am from the beautiful state of Rhode Island. I love living near the ocean and enjoy going to Newport or Bristol.

I am also a real estate agent in RI & MA.
