    WOOHOOO on joining in with the Champions team !! Maryann(squest) AKA Roodles is the CL on it. I am almost 100% positive you know Maryann???? She's a most awesome person. Soooo sweet and with all her body does her in for,,, she keeps a very positive attitude !

    Our team STRUGGLED BADLY with the summer challenge. It was sooo weird because we had many of our regulars out with injuries, illnesses all at once. Its normal to have some in such a condition,,, but WOW ! We had a lot ! Also we seem to of had quite a few of our new puppies struggling,, of course we'd kept in contact with them,, to help them, but many just went swimming in the river,, and got out on the other side of the banking,, and must be lost????

    HI Helen !! how are you doing? TY for reading my blog on NSV and success on the scale. I want to hit onederland during the Fall Challenge. I am at 207 now, and within the next month want to be 204. It'll be FUN to hit it during the Fall Challenge ! WOOHOOOO !! By the end of Dec I want to be between 192 to 196. Than during 2017 to be at 160. If I feel good, look good,,, that'll probably be my goal. I know I do NOT want to go under 140.

    Most of my success is that I did a TON of research on emotional eating. It's helped me to realize there are plenty of other options when upset than eat, or when bored. When i am very upset, if I grab my journal (or use the one online) it helps me to get the frustration out,, often during it, i come to a peace I need. Also if it has energy with it, I fortunately live in a high rise with 16 apts on most of the floors, so even at 1AM,,, I walk the floors. LOL one of my neighbors also does this,, like me at the oddest hrs, sometimes we are out at the same time of night. If I am low on energy, adult coloring books,, where I do what I normally FORBID and just "free color" allowing for any color I happen to grab (normally I am anal on what color I will use) and NOT stay in line (normally it has to be PERFECT !). That helps a ton. With having other options readily available,,it's taken place of the need to eat, which later only causes me GUILT !!
