Originally from Ontario but settled back in Canada after living in San Francisco for over 16 yrs. Back in Canada since 1976.

Worked as exec. sec'y/asst. in various fields including horse racing, banking, insurance, law, exec. search. Sold real estate for a time. Owned and ran our own company for 36 years.

Widowed, no children. Do a lot of reading, mainly non-fiction.


Other Information:
I'm the curious type - about people, diets, and health. Love classical music and jazz.

HI Helen !! U DID SO GREAT on the FALL Challenge !! do you realize you LOST just over 56% of ur goal???? That's GREAT !! Hows it feeling to know,,, you DID lose?? I am soooo very, VERY PROUD of you hon !!!

If you find ur starting to gain, or just you wanna ,,, we do NOT ask during the break, t hat one even regular on exercise,,,its a "do as you please". The LTGL is neat,,, cos to claim the 10 points,,, as LONG AS WE "WORK" on it,,,, and its OUR CHOICE on what point(s) we work on (WOOHOOO I LOVE IT ! And I FOUGHT FOR IT !) that as LONG as we atmpt it,, we get to CLAIM IT !! INDEEDY the break is VERY LAID back. So if you wish hon,, at ANY TIME,,, just REJOIN us as you wish,,, for the BREAK.

Please keep ur eyes open in Dec,, the invites are coming out for the Wintah Challenge,, and we'd LOVE to have you back with us. PLZ DO NOT ask of urself to do more than you can hon !! NO need to be stressed. :) We TOTALLY ADORED having you with us,,, and ur SUCCESS is showing !!! I lost just 40%,,, which considering I had fallen 2 times during it,,, cosing me to swell up like a BALLOON !! OH MY !! ANd of course now I am on a 8 week (7 left) of Complete Bed Rest,,, means if I do any exercise,,,,it be done in bed,, and of course I am needing to keep my place cleaned upped, but can do that with my wheelchair,,,, LOVE IT !! Its sooo EASY to keep this place clean !! SO EASY I wondah if a "cleanin wand" is working when I am NOT !
