Making it this time!

I am a full-time mom of 4. One of my daughter's has food allergies, so in addition to running around after my kids, I published a cookbook for people with food allergies about 18 months ago. (See www.sophiesafecooking.com)

I am pretty good about regular exercise, 45+ minutes per day, but I have a harder time keeping my eating within good limits. Actually, most of the time I eat well, but when I don't, I seem to really pay for it on the scale. Everyone in my family seems to struggle with their weight, except my sister, who runs half-marathons and really watches what she eats.

So, my main reasons for wanting to lose weight are
1. To reduce my health risks and set a good example for my kids and siblings,
2. To hopefully increase my speed when jogging and
3. To lose my spare tire--low-waisted jeans aren't helping the way this looks either!

All that said, I'm making it this time!
