I'm good. Finally started working but it's not even 50% so it sucks financially. And like none of my kids dress or participate (HS physical education). It's sad. And I got called a b**** already! On day 5. It's a tough school but I can handle it.

How are you doing with the weight loss?

I've been doing Insanity and going to the gym! Working my rear end off! I ate two cookies yesterday and had pizza tonight (I'm babysitting). I feel awful after eating the pizza! I need to learn my lesson from how crappy bad food makes me feel. Otherwise I've been eating super well. Mostly unprocessed fresh food (besides Special K and a few pretzels a day).
I think I need to change something up. Shock my body into dropping some pounds. Last time I lost weight it was by not eating (ex bf induced depression) and I know that is unhealthy but it is the only thing that seems to work! About 600 cals a day and I'll drop but anything more I'm stuck or gaining. Going to try something new tomorrow I guess!

I think I busted through my mini plateau! I upped the workouts for a few days.
