Glad to hear things are calming down! And I know what you mean. On Monday, I started my workout, got through the warm-up, and quit--was only going through the motions, just didn’t have it. Several hours later, started again much stronger, made it halfway and got interrupted. I debated just leaving it at that (I’d gotten in a good half hour), but told myself, “No ma’am. You get right back to it and finish what you started.” So I did! Felt so much better about myself after.
So see… we’re proving that even on days when things aren’t going so well, we can still find a way to make it happen. Go us!
