Chocaholic

Hi,
I am a huge chocolate/sugar fan. I spend a lot of time at the vending machines and eating whatever is left behind the break room at work. I have zero willpower.

I need help in not being such an emotional eater. My biggest problems are eating when stressed (teacher) and eating when bored. Boredom usually happens on the weekends, when football is on all day and night.

The pictures on the page are from my brother's wedding recently and I have since gained about 6 lbs. from binge/emotional eating. I just want to break that cycle and slim back down.

My Goals:
My goal is to stop binge/emotional eating., and be more consistent at the gym.

My Program:
I have been going to the gym since last January. I aim for 3-4 days a week and do a mixture of cardio and weight training.
