One Step At A Time

I am a 25 year old mom of two. I am also an Army Wife. I am about to get my AA in Graphic Design and am very excited. However being at the computer so much has taken a toll on my body. I was going to the gym three times a week, however we only have one vehicle at the moment and I get the short end of the stick on that. I decided to start doing some of the videos here on spark people and am already looking at what I can do at the end of the month.

I LOVE to cook! That is my biggest downfall to any of my diet changes. I always try to create new flavors and need to be able to taste them in order to tell if it is going well and add somthing else if not.
