thanks for stopping by my blog - just to clarify - this is NOT how i would choose to eat! I have adopted the attitude that nothing else is working, so what is 28 days going to hurt? if it gets things moving, GREAT. If not, at least it cut my carb cravings.
The trainer/nutritionist has told me he will help me transition out of the extreme plan as well so I don't just pack it back on. I am betting on him knowing his stuff. Keep good thoughts!
edited for this: Not too sure how many new and exciting ideas you will get from my food tracker LOL. I have to eat very limited offerings. Nothing exciting, at least not to me!
