My toes are much better thank you. However, now my hip and leg are a little sore because of the weird way I had to walk all day yesterday. I'm going to bed and hopefully tomorrow I'll be right as rain.
My breakfast consists of the antioxidant blend from Target's frozen section which has strawberries, cherries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds. I put Stonyfield Farms vanilla yogurt on top and sprinkle Quaker Oats on that, if I'm feeling nutty, I sometimes have walnuts on top of that. I use my soup bowl size, so it's a pretty big breakfast.
