Thanks for your encourgaement regarding my exercise. I have been doing well with my food and exercise. Except yestday I hurt my back (whiplash), but am doing better today. I am going to have a foot of snow tomorrow in RI, I will be dreaming of the beaches in HI.

Dreaming of Hawaii. We had 28 inches of snow here in Philadelphia on Saturday and are set to get 24 more inches tomorrow. The clouds seem to think they are in Colorado not Pennsylvania! LOL! Have a great and warm day!

Thank you so much for all your support. I haven't been that motivated in the past weeks but God is awesome. He gives me more strength day by day to get through. I will conquer my weight and reach my goal weight!!! I am so happy you are reaching your goals. emoticon
