    I'll look for water ZUMBA in our local gyms! Meanwhile I've started an 8 minute athletic cardio interval video and will try to at least do that. I am finding my joints are killing me with just that little! Water exercise would definitely help with the joint pain!!! emoticon

    I did one of the 8 minute cardio workouts today and was very pleased with how FAST it went! WOW---I can do 8 minutes worth of exercise and not DIE! :) emoticon
