I am starting a new program next month called insanity. I will be trying to push myself until I am not able to do anymore. I want to see how far I can go. I know I can do this just as long as I keep up my water intake every day. I need to try to get at least 8 cups a day.

Well I am no longer going to be that fat guy anymore that you see in that picture. I can't wait to see the new me in about Six or so months. Never give up on your goals and you can do anything. I still have a long ways and I still have this fat to get off of my gut. Thanks for reading and I will start posting more pictures soon.

Fitness Minutes: 1,393

My Goals:
To be Fit and live a healthy life style. To over come what is ahead of me instead of looking behind me. And to walk with my head held high that I have accomplished something in my life.


My Program:
For July My workout is as follows.

Do an hour a day of working out. Once in the morning and once at night. 30 minutes each time.

Tia Bo, Dance, Yoga, Walking And my abs and chest.

Every day for one hour a day. That is my fitness program so far.

In November I will be starting P90X and will hopefully be lean and toned by February. Wish me luck.



Personal Information:
My name is Mike and I live in California. I don't work right now but I am going to be in school soon. Working on my GED. Just have to wait until July 27th to see if I can get into the GED class.

I need one more test to full-fill my first goal and that is to get my GED.

Afterwards get into Wyo-Tech and become an auto-mechanic. Thanks for reading and hope to move forward in my weight loss journey.

    Been working out for two months now ever sense July 13th and have lost more fat then weight if that is possible. I was wondering about that actually. If you can lose the body fat but not the weight? Let me know please. We are both doing great with our work out. We are in the gym three times a week, and we ride our mountain bikes three times a week starting this week. Thanks for the encouragement and not letting us give up.
