    Well we are not being very consistent at this buddy thing are we. I guess it would have helped to have been on the same team, we would see each other's names come up more.
    I hope you have been doing well. I did great on the sleep, but I have a C Pap machine. I also did great on the happiness, but then I'm retired. I never miss breakfast so I'll do fine next week on that. It's the exercise and proper recording of what I eat I don't do consistently. I have done better with both recently. Pre weighed this morning ( I always try to remember Friday morning just in case I forget Saturday morning) and the scales had not moved. Very disappointing. I will keep working at it. Hope your are having more success than me.

    Lost one of the two pounds I had gained. I'll take it, but I wanted both gained pounds off plus some lost. Maybe next week. Hope you did well. I am doing better with the exercise, if I can just continue and be consistant. I did WATP 3 mile walk today.
