A brand new me....

So many things have changed since i joined spark...When I started I just had a vague notion that i wanted to lose weight. With no real plan. Today I eat better, exercise almost everyday and am a happier person.

My program is basic - eat better more veggies, drink at least 9 glasses of water everyday, walk at least 1/2 hour a everyday and hike at least 1 hour a week.
