Goals for 2016

Lose 15-20 pounds and/or get closer to a 6-8 pants size. 12/27/15- I am a tight 10.

Be mindful of the food I put in my body.

Improve the quality of my thoughts through meditation.

My Program:
Hike Cowles Mountain or equally or greater strenuous level 2x/week.

ST 2x/week.

Drink at least 64oz of water/day.

Eat only a plant based, clean diet. No gluten. No Sugar.

Personal Information:
I am going through some personal struggles right now and could use any and all encouragement.
