Becoming Me
When I was younger, I would be outside as much as possible, and still find the time and energy to exercise. I LOVED being strong and healthy. Well, 10 years later here I am -- 27, tired all the time, and unhappy. Today is the day that I'm saying that I've had enough, I'm done being tired and squishy. I'm making the commitment to myself that I'm not going to be this way anymore.

My Goals:
To be able to go to the beach with my family this summer and not be self conscience about my body! To exercise EVERY day. To eat for my health.
My Program:
I'm trying to eat as healthy as possible, cutting out a lot of red meat and adding more veggies and fruits. I'm also trying to incorporate some sort of physical activity every day.

I'm a total geek -- I love sci-fi and horror. I have a rather large collection of vintage b horror movies, and I'm a HUGE fan of Dario Argento and David Lynch. I love to read, although I really don't have a lot of downtime to do that anymore. Connecting with nature in some way everyday is VERY important to me... I love being outside!
