After having a baby and two surgeries following, I've gotten off track and want to be healthier. I have about 30 lbs to lose and I want to do it and keep it off!

ZCUT POWER CARDIO DVDS started: 4/7/2013

First week weigh/tape in 4/14/13: Non-scale Victory! .5 inches lost from arms, thighs, and waist!

Second week weigh/tape in 4/21/13: Lost 2 lbs and .5 inches from my waist!

Third week weigh/tape in 4/28/13: Lost 2.4 lbs and .5 inches from my waist and an inch from my hips!

5/5/13 MONTH 1 COMPLETE! TOTAL RESULTS:
Weight change: -4.8 lbs
Waist change: -1.5 inches
Arms: -.5 inch
Legs: -.5 inch
Hips: -1 inch

Month 2 Started: 5/5/13

First week of 2nd month weigh and tape:
5/12/13: Battling bad diet choices, I didn't lose weight. In fact, I gained about 2 lbs back. No tape victories either.

Second week of 2nd month weigh and tape:
5/19/13: Lost 4 lbs, .5 of an inch from my thigh, and 1 inch from my waist!

Third week of 2nd month weigh and tape:
5/26/13: Lost 1.8 lbs!

I love to read and play tennis. I love the ocean. I can crochet quite a few things; recently, I love to crochet Amigurumi.
