I have learned a lot about myself in these last four years, and perhaps the most important thing that I have learned is that limits are generally self-imposed, not physiologically imposed. You have to realize that it is capable of doing many things, and will only stop when the mind tells it too, not because it is physically unable to achieve. If you believe all of the limiting talk that is out there, you will NEVER reach your full potential. If, however, you believe in yourself and the strength, power and beauty that lies within you, and make a conscious decision to not let ANYTHING get in your way, YOU WILL SUCCEED!! You WILL achieve the body of your dreams...You WILL achieve HEALTH...You will achieve HAPPINESS. THE POWER IS WITHIN YOU! CHOOSE TO GO AFTER IT! CHOOSE TO GRASP IT WITH BOTH HANDS, SET IT IN MOTION, AND NEVER GIVE UP!!!!

My Goals:
Stick to my program for the next twelve weeks and try for 3-5 pound weight loss.

My Program:
--Calorie/Carb cycle, 5-7 days low, 1-2 days high
--Lift 3-4 days per week
--Cardio 3 days per week

My fav orite exercise is a cross between a lunge and a crunch, it is called LUNCH!!! emoticon emoticon What's yours?
