I found SparkPeople in October 06. During the Fast Break I made a couple changes and got addicted to obtaining points. It wasn't a long lasting change.

Now, I am happy SP is a place I keep coming back to, and seemingly in a better spot each time.

Currently, I'm focusing on the fundamentals, eating lots of veggies, drinking lots of water, going to bed early, getting off the screens and getting active daily. I've never felt more nourished and rested.

WOW! 2 pant sizes. That's great!!! emoticon Doesn't it make you feel terrific? I recently lost 2 pant sizes as well. (Depending upon what I try on in the store. ;-) It can vary, but mostly 2 sizes down.) I really started losing weight once I joined the Engine2diet challenge!!! emoticon My husband and I have been Vegan for almost 2 months now, and I have never had this much success in my life! Blood cholesterol went from 224 down to 143!!! Our journey started after we watched. 'Forks Over Knives' on Netflix and it changed the way we think about food! Then we went to the Engine2diet.com and haven't stopped! I thought since you were eating a lot of veggies and such that you might be interested. Take care and congrats! emoticon
