I want to be in better shape for my weekend walk on Sept 5 and 6.
Just finishing up Whole30 program. Sticking with the sugar ban. Will try some low fat dairy and see how that goes.
I am 48, living in southwestern Ontario. I am married for 20 years and I have a daughter and 2 step-daughters - all are grown up and married. I have a beautiful golden retriever and an equally beautiful calico cat.
I love walking, swimming, reading and watching horror movies. I love taking my dog to the beach and walking on the beach.
