I want to be in better shape for my weekend walk on Sept 5 and 6.

My Program:
Just finishing up Whole30 program. Sticking with the sugar ban. Will try some low fat dairy and see how that goes.

Personal Information:
I am 49, living in southwestern Ontario. I am married for 20 years and I have a daughter and 2 step-daughters - all are grown up and married. I have a beautiful golden retriever and an equally beautiful calico cat.

Other Information:
I love walking, swimming, reading and watching horror movies. I love taking my dog to the beach and walking on the beach.

1. If you've got chocolate on your hands, you're eating it to slow.
2. Chocolate raisins, cherries, and strawberries count as fruit.
3. Eat a chocolate bar before a meal. It'll take the edge off your appetite.

4. Money talks. Chocolate sings.
5. Chocolate has many preservatives. Preservatives make you look young.
6. Eat equal amount of white and dark chocolate...they'll contradict each other for a balanced diet.

7. There's no Chocolate Anonymous. No one wants to quit.
8. If you can't get 2 lbs. of chocolate home in a hot car, eat it in the parking lot.
