My Goals:
To maintain my weight loss and feel good about myself. Weight maintenance range = 136 to 144 pounds, which at 5'5" puts me at a healthy BMI.

My Program:
I try to eat right most days and I also exercise at least 30 minutes Mon.-Fri. in the mornings, and I almost always go for a 20-30 minute walk on my break at work. I alternate between aerobics and strength training, mostly using fitness DVDs, my Wii Fit and Wii Fitness Coach and SparkPeople's workouts. I do some form of exercise on Sat., sometimes aerobic, sometimes yoga. I also try to do some yoga or walking on Sundays.

Personal Information:
I live in central Wisconsin in a small town I grew up in. I love it here! We get the best of each season, and our little town feels safe - everybody knows everybody.
I have three children (Carissa, 16; Haley 11; Daniel 6). I've been happily married for 13 years to my high school sweetheart, Adam. I work in childcare.

Other Information:
I enjoy surfing the web, reading, exercising, making Stampin' Up! cards, reading gossip and health mags, and camping. And my favorite DVDs are interval/circuit training ones.
