Today, as I am reflecting on what my goals for February should be, I came upon the following quote by Don Lancaster:

Most "impossible" goals can be met simply by breaking them down into bite size chunks, writing them down, believing them, and then going full speed ahead as if they were routine.

I hope this will help you as you set new goals or adjust the goals you currently have! Have a Wonderful Wednesday! emoticon emoticon

Hi. I hope you had an amazing Saturday! I am still on fitbit, but I haven't been on the site very regularly. Are you still on it?

How about this Sunday? meet again at the IHOP at Lougheed mall?

Still ok for Sunday - how about 10:30?

Today's inspiration is brought to you by Steve Maraboli:

“Rename your “To-Do” list to your “Opportunities” list. Each day is a treasure chest filled with limitless opportunities; take joy in checking many off your list.”

I hope you have the joy of checking many opportunities off your list this week! Have a fabulously fit, healthy and active week! emoticon emoticon

I wish we lived closer too, it would be fun to have someone to do kettlebells with!
