Working towards my goal

Hello Everyone

Been on sparkpeople for a long time
I am really determined to see 150 in end of 2015
slowly slowly working towards the magic number of 150 pounds

Live in Vancouver, BC, with husband and 2 daughters
love to bake and dance and get together with friends.
Have a great chocolate lab 8 years old we got from a Kennel where she lived by herself for 3 years and she is amazing.

Hey joyce! thanks for stopping by to say hi!
I'm not sticking around the Awesome A team anymore. I had gotten super busy and wasn't able to post my activity minutes anymore nor was able to actively participate with the team chat. I decided to take a break and just let what happens happens. Besides, having to get on the scale every week was getting too stressful for me.

I will check in on SP from time to time but I have been doing much better on my journey just going with the flow. How are you doing? I know you had a rough patch a little while back. Hopefully things are looking up!
