Welcome to HoJo's!

I'm 39 now and back on SparkPeople, as I have returned to my all-time high weight and need help! I am no longer a Realtor (hooray!) and have gone back to school to study nutrition, working toward my DTR, and eventually my RD. I'm excited about these new goals in my life and becoming healthier is a huge part of all that!

Now that I'm hooked on FB I almost forgot about SparkPeep. Actually, I'm feeling really gross and eating tons of crap lately. I'm thinking I need to get back into the swing of things before shorts/tank weather. What about you?

Well, turns out 131 was mostly water as I was dehydrated. Now I'm at about 133, but what's in a number, really? I've been slowly recovering from flu and not in the mood to "diet" so I've been eating a few carbs (I loooove kettle potato chips, but I limit myself to a small handful). I'll get back in the swing of things by next week I think. See ya soon! Order some warm, sunny weather for me.

OK, Di, I'm now at 131. But I confess, I cheated. I had the flu and didn't eat for a week! Yuk, not my fave way to lose weight. Dehydration is a high price to pay for weight loss. emoticon
