Losing inches, gaining confidence

I'm halfway here. I don't log in daily, but I am counting calories and tracking my fitness. I am working on changing my lifestyle and so far it's working!

I am currently taking part in a 6 week boot camp.

Here are my starting stats:

Weight: 157 pounds
Body fat: 28%
Arm hang: 18 seconds
1.5 Mile run: 16 minutes 18 seconds
Sits ups: 37 (in 2 minutes)
Push ups: 20 regular, 27 half (knees down) - also in 2 minutes

Push ups: 40 regular, 30 half

I also have before pictures and can't wait to see my after....6 weeks!!!

FG 1: Run 1.5 miles in 10:30 minutes

FG 2: Complete 50 sit ups in 1 minute

FG 3: Complete 30 "real" push ups (untimed) without stopping

My Program:
I hit the gym 5 times a week. I do Les Mills classes. I work on cardio and strength training both with classes and on my own.

The knee is still giving me trouble, I will probably end up being a sideline cheerleader for the grandkids for the turkey trot, unless things improve drastically today, I'm guessing that's a big: NOT !!!!

I've been using the stick, I love it too. The pain is on the outter side of my knee, just below and right about, definitely a muscle issue. Going to get some tape at lunch to see how that goes. I am definitely going to finish the race, just not in the time I had hoped. But I will be posting pics next week of me with my mermaid - I'm going for greatness emoticon

Glad the snake wasn't bigger. I had thought about trying trail running, but this definitely convinced me NOT too, lots of critters on the trails.
