hi heather love sorry for taking so logetting back to you.i find sp parmasan cheese enough as it is a strong cheese and i like to tast the chicken more than the cheese.i have that just for the subtle flavour.i used 1/2 a cup of eacher coffee cream and milk.the seasoning i used was garlic powder,sage and thyme and rosemary but any seasonings of your choice will do.i never cook with salt so tend to season alot.hope this helps.if you do make it let us know how it goes and what you thought.when using other cheese than parmasan i would use more cheese.how are things going your end?i see you are still having a steady weight loss.good for you.take care and keep smiling emoticon

Thank you kind friend for the information. It happened again but this time I fell to the floor with a bang. Even DIL came upstairs she has big feet and really is afraid of the stairs. She rubbed the tight muscles and was surprised to see how the muscles get so hard. I think we just might have bonded a little. Something good should come of it. our son and DIL asked if they could make chili to put away in their freezer,I hope they will eat less fast food. HUGS and so many thanks. I called again and she had=s prescribed a muscle relaxant. I will chat with the acupuncturist who is an MD and preceptor for med students. . emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon tp both of you !

I always have packages of chopped veggies frozen and ready to go into an omelet but want to try this now. Have you ever tried it with turkey?
