Thanks for your Spark Goodie and your kind words. I'm really determined to reach my goal for the challenge. That mean's another 2.4 lbs, almost 1 lb a week - eek! Heather, I know how defeated you are feeling. I've been there! In fact, the months of Nov & Dec, I had a terrible plateau. I gave up and ate horrid in Feb and gained several lbs. By going back to LCHF, I was able to get those lbs off again and the extra 2 this week. I know you are eating right and no doubt exercising clearing all that snow. I think you need to be conscious of how your clothes fit or take your measurements. It is bound to be showing up somewhere and it will show on the scale sooner or later! Don;t you dare give in like I did, it's miserable to have to lose the same weight over again!

I wrote this morning but it is not there.
I had my rotator cuff Right arm. repaired. I am right handed so I can do not much with my left.
Three weeks with my arm strapped down to my body. Three weeks it was allowed to move and later the PT. I did everything right and I can do everything. My oldest friend did the same thing used the same Dr and her arm does not have good results. They had an addition on their house and she took her sling off and she painted the wood work. She took pain killers and she cannot put her arm up. The Dr told her she did not read the literature. And he told her and her DH she was to keep the arm tethered for three weeks. I hope you can do exactly what the YOUR Dr said.
I hope Alex can be a patient patient and that will give him good results.
Heather I am so sorry you are still having snow storms. We have not used our blower much. Tonight is our first negative numbers and wind chill. minus 15 by now.
Do take care Alex and emoticon you have a really good nurse too. HEATHER I hope this is the last snow hurrah. Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon emoticon

emoticon Weight Loss this week! I'm so envious. As you know, I am up 3 lbs. But, I didn't work at losing this week and the minute I relax I gain! So are you back to counting calories? If I would count calories I would do better but I didn't track my meals this week so that's my problem. Nor did I weigh or measure my food! Tomorrow starts a whole new week for me to do better!
