    I am so familiar with yoyo weight loss and stopping smoking. We finally stopped in 2004 and have never looked back. Added about 50 pounds doing it Im affraid. I have 145 left to loose but Im feeling strong and I am leaning on God now instead of lity

    Looks like you and I both started here around the same time. Jan 2010 was when I was at the highest that I know of. I always say my highest weight was 345+

    Thanks for the Spark Goodie! I know I always have a huge loss my first week on low carb so I decided to get it out of the way before the challenge begins. Plus, I'm downright embarrassed to admit how close to 200 I allowed myself to get. I swore I would not go over 200 ever again. And to be honest, I don't think I could handle it emotionally! Just getting back in control makes me feel better.
