Thank you so much for sharing what works for you, Heather. I've been planning 6 smaller meals to eat more often throughout the day. And one thing that really helped was a protein snack before I leave work to avoid raiding the pantry before dinner. That helped a lot. My day starts early, so I'm often in bed by 7 or 8, so my window for damage control is pretty narrow.

emoticon emoticon Thanks so much for telling me what worked for you! I love that idea and I would give A LOT to be able to do it myself. Unfortunately, I don't have a problem overeating in general - I have specific triggers that I have to stay away from like an alcoholic has to stay away from booze - sugar and wheat. I have said over and over and over all my life that I would have "just one serving" and I can often do that once for a day. But then it gets my brain working and my juices flowing and before I know it, and seemingly without my consent, I'm devouring whole packages of things....and I'm back in a hellish cycle of binging and guilt.

Thanks Heather,
MY son who bought the computer is going to chat some time. I hope t helps. Right now it is amazing again and it seems to mess up only in the evening.

I CHECKED AND WHEN I GOT THE WIFI OFF i had NO INTERNET. BUT THE BROAD BAND IS ALWAYS ON.

It tells me to remove the Trojan but I have no clue where to find anything.

So far I am not doing any apps-too afraid to mess with them'
I do not know if it uses a SIMs card we have cell phones but not fancy ones.
Stephen uses his fancy phone. I do not want that I can barely use my cell phone.
