Heather - great job on your WI this week! You are on a roll and for that I hate to see our challenge end. However, I am keeping my eye on you! Together, we can go forward and continue to lose. hi heather love sorry for taking so logetting back to you.i find sp parmasan cheese enough as it is a strong cheese and i like to tast the chicken more than the cheese.i have that just for the subtle flavour.i used 1/2 a cup of eacher coffee cream and milk.the seasoning i used was garlic powder,sage and thyme and rosemary but any seasonings of your choice will do.i never cook with salt so tend to season alot.hope this helps.if you do make it let us know how it goes and what you thought.when using other cheese than parmasan i would use more cheese.how are things going your end?i see you are still having a steady weight loss.good for you.take care and keep smiling emoticon
