Heyyy chick! Hows your cleanse going??? Yeah... giving up food is I think the most difficult thing a person can do- I know you can do it though :] cause you're a strong person and you realize your goals!! & You have me & other people to support you!!!! =)
Ummm me... I'm alright.. Just working out ... trying to keep losing weight... and always stressing about it.. you know me lol. I just finished a morning run & etc... so I guess just that says I'm doing better.. meaning I'm finally waking up earlier than 11am lol. I won't weigh myself til another like 2 weeks.. but when I last weighed myself I was 204. sooo yeah lol
& I would but I'm not the cleanse type.. I'm more of the work my ass off with hard core work outs and feel like imma die after lmao. but let me know how you doing! I miss you :]
How's it going so far? One thing I wanted to tell you is no matter how long you do it, add in solid food gradually afterward. After my five-day detox, I didn't listen so well lol and made myself feel a bit sick!
On my plan, for at least two days after the detox, I eat raw veggies and protein shakes usually. 2018 days ago
