My Goals:
To loose the pounds and look good in my bikini again. I also want to take up new hobbies like Zumba, Yoga, Kaiaking, Sewing and so much more.

My Program:
Protein Shake in the morning (try no caffine), 1 glass water, 60 min of kinnect. 1 outdoor activity, health (no gluten) lunch, Protein shake for dinner and a great stretch or meditation before bed. 7 days a week.

Personal Information:
I am 36 and never dropped my post baby weight. Now I weigh the same as when I delivered, okay, now that's bad.

Other Information:
If knowledge is power, than I want to learn something new everyday.
