Remember this..over 2 yrs ago, I fell and could hardly walk without a cane after I fell. It took me 7 months of therapy. Then I had a gastric bypass after trying to lose weight for 2 yrs and for 2 months I couldn't eat solids and then had another surgery so I could. In 10 months after that I had to learn how to eat foods to get enough protein, and to watch my sugar, fat, and sodium intake. I lost 121 lbs during that time. Thing is....its a life style change.

write down what you eat. what do you get from it that is healthy? what of it is empty calories. carbs might taste good, but if they don't' give you fuel, you find you eat more because your body doesn't get enough to keep you going through the day. Once you learn to change your habit of how you eat and exercise, you will start seeing changes. They maybe small, but they are changes never the less.

If I can come this far after all I've been through, you can to. Just remember, there are no easy fixes, and you have to commit to a life style change to reach your goal and never look back.
