I started this for my kids, but I'm finishing it for me

My name is Holly and I'm 38 years old. I was a chubby child, a fat teenager, and an obese adult. I began my journey at the age of 34 weighing 307 pounds. Only being 5 feet tall, I was about 160 pounds overweight, and going to be in serious trouble if I didn't change my life.

My weight loss has slowed dramatically, and a lot of that has been my own doing. I've changed the date to reach my goal to... whenever I get there. I''''m too happy living my life to say no to a piece of cake, or a slice of pizza.

*10/20/2014* And NOT saying "NO" has resulted in a 40 pound weight gain... I''m still fighting and I WILL reach my goal!

I know that battle all too well! The college took a 2 week break from Zumba class and I have been lost without it. And then the cold weather is blowing in & bringing old habits in along with it. I'm trying to not fall back into it, but its hard. I'm going to focus on 1 thing for November. I read it takes 21 days to establish a new habit, so thats my goal.
