Hey;; I know that everyone has there ups and downs.. trust me! -What you need to do is keep reminding yourself.. .. FOOD WILL ALWAYS BE THERE NO MATTER WHAT! -Dont think of food like..."mmm this is soo good i must have some more" -Stop doing that if your doing that... -That is my main thing i am working on right now.. -I have to STOP thinking i need so much food.. because i dont! -Honestly... i can tell things are starting to change.. my stomach is not bloated anymore.. -I love when i excersice...-I need to step on a scale somewhere.. hahah.. -Prolly the docs office..! -come on girl please stick with this... if i can do it.. you can do it! -I honestly wish we lived closer together.. so we both could hit up the gym every single day!! -Lastnight i was at the Gym all by myself.. -But that didnt hold me back.. i kept pushing myself ... to do everything in there! -Today is gonna be another day back there...
Come on Holly please stick to this... because i would HATE to see you fall... your a amazingly truely beautiful girl.. and to have health problems of a 50 year old person doesnt FAZE me.. -Come on lets do this together PLease?
Hey Holly! -I am doing good.. i had a few slip ups.. but i corrected myself on them.. -Right now i feel like crap though because i am having cramps ....once in a life time thing for my periods.. -but other then that.. the day is LAZY.. i ate breakfast.. and lunch.. and now im just waiting to go pick up Sanjay. -I need some more motivation from some where.. -Im walking Mon Thru Fri. twice a day.. --And i lost my pedometer.. =/ uqhh! 2105 days ago
- My 75 pounds lost to date: This is from July 27,2009 to September 24, 2010. My first 50 pounds I was eating 3 servings of protein a day, 3 fruits, lots of veggies and only 2 starches a day. Since April 2010 I have been Clean Eating more or less, great book by our fellow Canadian Girl Tosa Reno. I focus on lean protein, discovered Greek Yogurt 0%, Kashi Go Lean cereals and bars. Ezekiel bread products.
- Water: 3 to 4 liters a day. Coffee only 1 cup in the morning, the rest of the time Green Tea.
- Exercise: I walk my dog Belle, 3 or 4 morning a week it is a 4K walk. Three days of gym a week: cardio and strength training including abs. Just re-starting running twice a week and one Zumba class a week.
