My goal is to shed these miserable pounds and feel better, physically and mentally.
My Program:
I am trying to keep my daily calories at 1400 per day and drink 8+ glasses of water daily. Cardio exercise 90+ minutes each day,and 30 minutes strength exercises three times a week.
