My first goal is to get back to the weight I was when I got married by our next anniversary (oct) and then get the rest of the weight off by Feb. I want to exercise 6-7 days a week, and drink more water.
plan to do Zumba or walking 5x a week, counting calories, eating healthy carbs, drinking more water
