I've have added BEFORE pictures that were really hard to have taken. I feel that they are key to my longterm success. I will be taking updated photos to remind myself that I am making a difference. I have a bad habit of losing (e.g.) 20 pounds and looking in the mirror and instead of congratulating myself saying "you're still fat". Hopefully, by posting lesser weight photos next to the heaviier weight photos I will start applauding myself instead of undermining myself.

My Goals:
I will achieve an"active" weight. At this weight, I will be healthy, and no longer have to take blood-pressure medicine.

My Program:
I will reach my goal weight by training myself to eat a "normal" amount of food. This way, I will avoid the rebound effects of drastically changing my diet after reaching my goal weight. My body will know how much food to eat on it's own.
