Use Spark recommendations, track nutrition. Use a fitness plan to increase activity. Add scheduled art time to my week. Pray. Give online support to those on this path with me everyday.
I am a 60 year old seminary student who got her call in my late 50's. I live near Washington DC. I am the mother of one and have been married for 35 years. When I got married I was a slender 200 lbs. That was the last time I saw that number. I am the daughter, granddaughter and great granddaughter of fat women. I have struggled with my weight for 50 years and spent thousands of dollars on diets, pills, therapy, and optifast.
We are in this together. And together we can walk forward and be successful. I've got your back. You've got mine. We're doing this!
