thank you Carol for the jump-rope..I'm almost healed up enough to start using it as an exercise tool again..that's when I know I'm totally healed when I can jump for 5 min. w/o pain...Hows everything going..I've been trying to work on my sleeping habits..and my eating habits...it's slow but it will come together with some hard....work...never thought something so simple could be so hard...seems like when you can conquer one bad habit others become easier to overcome too..but they are habits..for a reason..they can come back to haunt you if I don't stay on top of them...good luck to you..looks like your ticker is pretty happy..so I bet you are too..rico emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hi, Carol here from The Step Diet team, stopping by with a smile to cheer up your day!

Here is Brenda Willis' very very inspirational story of taking small steps, resulting in losing 140+lbs in 15 months, via The Step Diet. Pay close attention to where she says something similar to, '5 mins one day; 6 mins the next day'. YES. Exactly.

She has kept it off 7+ years and is a highly paid motivational speaker. One small step at time, one day at a time.

Here's is Brenda's story, this video is 2 mins 20 seconds, very short:
