Loser isn't an insult anymore!

Sup, Sparkworld?

I'm a 28 year old Chicagoan looking to drop a couple lbs. - hard to do in the land of beef sandwiches and deep dish pizza, but I'm working at it one step at a time.

Stuff that helps = watching "Biggest Loser" while I work out (it feels like Bob and Jillian are yelling at me somehow, haha), elliptical machine, excercise bands, and tracking my meals.

Stuff that hurts = I have crapped up shoulders and neck from terrible computer posture & ...

Stuff that helps = watching "Biggest Loser" while I work out (it feels like Bob and Jillian are yelling at me somehow, haha), elliptical machine, excercise bands, and tracking my meals.

Stuff that hurts = I have crapped up shoulders and neck from terrible computer posture & a long commute, so a lot of arm excercises are really hard. I'm also crap at eating well at parties - can't resist a good celebration.

Why I'm doing this = A lot of things that ail me in life (GERD, asthma) are alleviated by getting in better shape. Also, just plain vanity. I was in the low 130s when I met my now-fiancee, and I'd like to be back there again by our wedding date. Catch is, I can't lose or gain weight past April 1st 2011, so that's basically my goal spelled out right there!
