Getting Things Right

I am a 32 year old female looking to get my nutrition and fitness goals in order once and for all. After a very stressful 2 years, my life is finally back on track and now it is time to get bak in shape.

I was always in great shape growing up and never had to worry about dropping 5 pounds here and there when I went overboard for too long...and even then it practically fell off. Well, after turning 30 and having a rough couple years, I packed on 20 pounds in no time at all and ...

-Complete the Jillian Michael's Making the Cut 30 Day Program

Workout Plan:
-Circuit training 4 days per week

-Additional Cardio workout 3 days per week

New Eating Plan:
-Track all food in the food log
-Stay withint ranges for calories and food types
-Make the healthiest choices possible when caught in food situations that were unexpected

Personal Information:
I am from Columbus, Ohio and am looking to lose the 20 I gained working too much, not paying attentionn to nutition and having a stressful year of life. I am using this site to help keep me motivated and accountable for what I eat and what exercise I do (or don't do).

Other Information:
I am a dog lover--own a 120# Shepard Mix, #60 Boxer Mix and currently 5# Chihuahua.

I love to read anything that peaks my interest...and unfortunately get the unhealthy munchies while reading!

Just saw your comments about spending the night in the E.R. with food poisoning. Sorry to hear that!!! I have only had a minor bout with food poisoning, and a short doctor visit was all I needed (just to confirm that's what I had and not something worse).

Hiya Heather - I haven't been around much the last week. I've had a nasty GI bug, threw a party for 85 people, volunteered 3 days at DD's school, shopped for and prepped (and will subsequently cook) Thanksgiving dinner for a houseful of people, am entertaining high-maintenance houseguests (i.e. family), and oh yeah - did I mentioned I've been nasty sick with a stomach bug? lol At least I haven't been bored!

I read your comment about how rough your Sat. was with your calories. You are only human and you have to enjoy yourself and go a little crazy once in awhile, right? I went over my calories by about 400 calories on Sat., but hopefully that won't affect the scale too much come Friday's weigh-in?! Your a great team leader!
