Be choosy about what you wash your brain with. We are brainwashed every day. The nutrients, thoughts, ect., that wash our brain can be good or bad or any degree in between.

I believe that even if all the challenges of my life came at one time, I could ALSO be on fire. Yes, I mean literally BE ON FIRE!

Words to live by, my friends...

I love what you say at the top of your page about your mental diet ("what you wash your brain with"). I am loving my current Deepak Chopra diet. I read other stuff, too, but his works are having the biggest impact, and I enjoy sharing some of the lessons I'm learning.
