Getting fit

I never know what to write on these kind of things, I guess a little about me will do. I'm a 22 year old student and while I'm lucky enough to be a reasonable weight, I am very unfit. I want to fix that.

I've been on SparkPeople for a while and trying to follow plans but I can never stick to them to I'm documenting what I do online. I think it might help me simply because I'll feel guilty if I don't have anything to write. Let's give this a go :)

My Goals:
1) Start running.
2) Do yoga regularly.
3) Sleep properly.

My Program:
Well I'm going to follow a program I found on this site to try and run 5k in 8 weeks. I'll be Trying to do some yoga a few times a week. I have the equipment ready and some pages bookmarked to help with this. Hopefully the exercising will fix my sleeping a little.

Personal Information:
I'm 22, British and I'm studying for a masters degree. I'm planning to move in with my fiance in a few months when I finish my degree.

Other Information:
I'm a bit of a geek and love sci-fi and fantasy, especially Dr Who. Some might say I'm a little obsessed with it. I love reading too, again mainly sci-fi and fantasy. I'd love to write a book someday but I just don't have the time or ideas right now.
