Getting to the bottom of my weight problem.

I am a work in progress, but I stopped making progress. I've gained 60 lbs and haven't been able to lose it, turning to food after every bad day at work. I recently realized how much I've been eating my emotions because of changes I need to make in my life. My anxiety has been preventing me from making them...or even making decisions about how to make them!

But it's all a vicious circle. Lack of exercise = more anxiety = stress eating = guilt = more anxiety = more stress eating... ...

I'm not focusing on food this time. I'm setting some goals for exercise and my career. Positive changes, instead of shouldn't-eat-thats.

1700 calories a day based on my MBR

Mon: run
Tues: rest
Weds: pilates
Thurs: run
Fri: rest
Sat. or Sun.: run
Other weekend day: walk/hoop/house clean

I'm a working mom, avid reader, knitter, dyer, and geek. I love local and unprocessed food and I'm too good of a cook for my own good.
