My goal is to lose 10 or 15 more pounds of fat. If I replace that weight with muscle, that is fine with me!
I am limiting my dairy and my bread intake. I'm also eating until I'm satisfied instead of stuffing myself silly. In doing those three things I've lost 15 pounds. I've gained 5 over the holidays and am no focusing on taking that back off as well as more. I've been eating more fruits and veggies and drinking plenty of water.
I hurt my back OVER a month ago and finally went to see a dr 2 weeks ago. He looked at me said take motrin, use heat, and do NOT do anything other then walk (I was training for race so I was running and doing jillian Michaels and tae bo dvd's which is how I hurt myself) and in 2 weeks you will be fine. Well it has been over 2 weeks and I am NO better if not worse (from NOT running) and I cant get ANY answers. I see him next week..I doubt he will touch me or give me ANY answers! On another note....:)
You get MAJOR judo's for not beating yourself up and giving yourself a sore head! ;) lol I wish I could!! I beat and beat and beat myself into a pulp. Never letting go. Ugh. I truly know it does no good and you cant do anything about it except shake it off and move on. Its easier to tell others how to handle it then tell myself. Tomorrow is a brand new day. Just because you have a piece of the pie today does NOT mean you have to tomorrow nor eat the whole pie!!

You are so VERY welcome. ANYTIME. I have been on this wonderful journey for a while now.
