My Goals:

Tone up my body

Be A HotHealthyMama!!

My Program:
eating healthier: within 1200 calories

Drinking 8 or more cups of water per day

Ecercise: Cardio 3x per week for 30 mins
Strenght training 3x perweek

Lose 1.5 lbs per week to reach my goal.

Personal Information:
I'm a 22yr old college student, mother (2yr old son), and wife to be. I have been struggling with my weight since the birth of my son. I could use all the help and suggestions, tips, anyone has to offer so feel free to comment or leave a msg

Hey pretty girl! Thanks for the happy B day! I'm 24!! Getting old. LOL I went back to weight watchers. I'm not paying for it but I'm following the program. I feel a lot better. How was ur vaycay? Have u heard of these new weight loss patches that makes u loose 2 lbs a day? I really wanna try it. I missed you girl, its been so long. You should email me sometime. Do u have yahoo chat? What up girl! I fell off the wagon too but with all the things thats been going on I really dont care. Today I ate a piece of chicken and bread. Im not hungry at all. I have not consumed more than 300 calories for the day. The meds im taking make me lose my appetite. How is ur day going? Me, im just here. Other than dancing a little here and there I have not done any workouts. I just dont care to right now. I need to get my depression and some other things under control first, I need to get a lot of things accomplished.

HI there! Good luck with your first 5K! It'll be great! Make sure you drink lots of water Gatorade (the light version). Make sure you stretch before and just have fun! :) You have many more to run in! :)

Also, if you can run with another person, it makes the race much more fun! emoticon

U go girl! Sounds like ur doing great! I danced a little today. That was good. Im suffering from sever depression right now and the only thing I want to do is sleep. Its hard for me to just get up and do it b/c I really dont care anymore. Im proud of myself for at least dancing and staying w/ im my calories. Im so happy about that. I really gonna b hard on myself and not over eat this week. Next week I will try to get n more exercise. I thought about running but I feel like im dying when I do and I hate driving to the park. I could do it on my treadmill though. Y do u feel bad about not working out on the weekend? Ur suppose to take a break. Send me ur goals and ill send u mine. I really wanna c the one u have for both of us.

Hey mama. Thanks for the article. It really did some good. How is ur exercising? I cant decide if want to do pilates or turbo jam. Thats my only problem. Did u survive the weekend and all the greasy foods!? Now im ready to share goals with eachother.
