I saw a comment on one of teams from you about being frustrated because you didn't think you were losing any weight after so much hard work. I understand completely. I will go for 3 or 4 weeks sometimes without losing a pound but then all the sudden the pounds just drop away all as if overnight. I think there has to be some leveling out for a time or something. Just be patient it will happen.
