I was amazed at your results with triglycerides.
Can you suggest any reading about the carb/ fat diet.
I have been on Statins. My cholesterol is in range but my HDL is lower than I like to see.
My last triglycerides were a shock at 312. I had some issues falling on ice and so I am a bit afraid of walking alone.
I wore cleats and fell and had a concussion there was no one about and it scare me. I am only using a gazelle for walking exercise Once this snow has gone I will be back on my 4 MILE Rail trail.

"Still, even if the evidence is weak (at the moment) it should not be outright dismissed. The evidence for a low-carb/high-fat diet used to be considered very weak for a long time as well." But the data IS there. There's a difference between something being obscured and ignored, and something being created out of whole cloth. Sure, people deliberately distorted their conclusions to support their own agendas, but you can still go back to the originals and say "That study is fundamentally flawed, while that other one has been misinterpreted." Where are Blaylock's studies? Where is his proof? "Bring data or go home."

I can't understand how you can admire someone like Peter Attia, who really does do the science, and has the footnotes to prove it, and still take someone like Blaylock seriously. ANYONE who says they have all the answers should be immediately suspect. No one has all the answers.

The data suggesting vaccines are harmful is pretty weak.
