A Healthier Weight

My journey to lose weight & improve my health!

My biggest motivation is to be healthy for my family... my husband and our little girls. I want to be a mom who can chase after them on the playground and do all the fun stuff that right now I'm afraid I'll miss out on!

Alicia is almost 9 years old and has so much happening. And Samantha will turn 4 at the end of July. I want her to only have memories of a mommy who can be active and enjoy time with her family!

Reach goal of 170. When I get there, I'll re-evaluate with my doctor's advice.

My Program:
It's funny that this has been here for years and I've never filled it in. I am going to start back on the diabetic-type diet that my doctor gave me right before I found out I was pregnant with Samantha. My body seemed to really like it. For exercise, I'm going to pick a DVD for the week and do it at least 4 times. I have so many DVDs at home that this could easily take me through September. And working at the library makes it easy to get more for free.

The Holiday Season is upon us. Eat lots of good clean lean protein, fruits and veggies. Get lots of exercise and rest. Stay focused on your goals!! You have got this Indigo Warrior!!!
