It's all about feeling better...

I turned 58 this June and after two years with Spark People am renewing my fitness and health goals. I feel 100% better and want to continue this journey with the help of my Spark friends. I live northeast of Houston, and am newly single and moved back to my old neighborhood and friends. I lost Howler 10 8 2011 and still miss him everyday. I am a consultant and work from home - when I'm not traveling to client sites. Going after those last 5 pounds.

My Goals:
I reached my original 50 pounds goal on 4/23 2011; I am re-evaluating my original goals - and am looking to further my weight loss. I am confident that I can take off another 10 pounds!

My Program:
Update for Summer: Diet Combination of Jillian Michael's and the Spark Recipes; Exercise treadmill at least 40 minutes/day 6 times/wk - add jogging - burn 2100 calories per week;; strength training 2 times a week; 8 glasses water/day; watch sodium and fiber intake
